Andrew and I both come from the medical field—yeah, not exactly the background you'd expect for a couple of guys slinging pizzas. But at the heart of it, our passion has always been about serving others. For years, we shared a dream of creating something that blended our love for food and entertaining.

Originally, that vision was a brewery and bar. We gave it our all—tried and failed, failed and tried. After one too many less-than-drinkable batches of homebrew, we realized we still loved the space, but maybe beer wasn't our calling. So we asked ourselves: What do we actually know how to do well?


Dude—pizza.
 

Dough Dudes started as a happy accident. Back in 2018, on a whim, we bought a cheap pizza oven online to make fresh pies for a friend’s birthday. To our surprise, the pizzas were a total hit. Friends couldn’t stop raving about the experimental flavors and told us we should start selling them. That moment lit the fire. From there, we went all in. For over three months, we obsessively tested dough recipes—tweaking flours, hydration levels, and yeast types—trying to master the foundations of great pizza.


Our first big break came when we catered a wedding. Shortly after, we popped up at Escape Craft Brewing in Redlands. Word spread, and we started showing up at breweries and events all across the Inland Empire. Then, like many others, we hit pause during the pandemic. It was a tough time, but thanks to your support, we made it through.
 

Now, we’re fired up to keep the dream going. You can find us at Haven City Market in West Covina, slinging pies and building community—one slice at a time. Come say hey, grab a pie, and join the Dough Dudes family.
